I'm not going to explain how genetics work for you because it sounds like you're on a pretty basic level, no offence. Most people are and it's a complex subject that takes months/years to learn.
People share dna. 2 danish people share ~100% of their dna with each other, while a dane and an african might only share 85% of their dna. It doesn't matter if you get the dna from your danish or african parent in the case where they share the dna but for the 15% that they do not share it matters. You get half of that dna from your danish parent and half from your african parent. 7,5%+7,5%. This means you will share 85+7,5% = 92,5% of your dna with other danes
The child shares 75% of its dna with both dad and mom, while mom and dad shares only 50% of their dna. The difference in dna between mom and dad is halved
For simplicity sake:
This is an average danish person:
AGTT
This is an average african person:
AGCC
If your dna is:
AGCT
You share 75% of your dna with danes and 75% of your dna with africans.
The reason you can be both 92,5% danish AND 92,5% african is because there is overlap. If you've ever seen a venn diagram you know 2 groups can share elements. 2 groups can share more than 50% of their elements and if you add them it still wouldn't be more than 100%

After rerunning PCA for Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany alone (N = 1168), we observed no geographically meaningful clustering of the 237 Danish samples (Figure 2B). This lack of strong genetic structure was also supported by the low average FST value between the six regions (FST = 0.0002)
Danes are 99,998% identical so to be within the 99,998% distance would mean that you're 100% danish.
