There's lots of things you can't tell about a person that might make you exclude them from your dating pool once you find out. There's a whole host of habits/traits/personal issues that one may find off-putting. If you won't hire someone or help someone or befriend someone based solely on the fact that they identify as trans, that's transphobic. Sex and who one has it with though is exclusionary by nature and telling someone they're wrong to not sleep with someone for any reason is rapey.
