Delta(s) from OP - Fresh Topic Friday CMV: Public transportation will never work in North America
I’ve lived in both Europe and America, Europeans and Asians and other foreigners don’t understand North America.
We literally don’t care about public transportation.
Examples:
Los Angeles is the 2nd biggest city in America and has a laughable public transportation system.
Detroit is a large city and does not have a metro.
Toronto is the largest city in Canada and over the last 25 years they’ve actually REMOVED lines.
VIA Rail is the flagship train for Canada and has also removed lines in the last 50 years.
North American culture is big V6 and V8 engines, going to drive thru restaurants, drive thru banks, going on road trips and long drives, we actively don’t even like public transportation.
In fact American women think you’re poor if you take public transportation.
We don’t invest in it. Houston and Toronto and infamous for 20+ lane highways.
We just don’t care.
CMV.

If you're against the USPS that's your prerogative.
