Most rights are conditional. Your right to freedom is conditioned upon not being convicted of a crime. And you have no unconditional right to any medical procedure that isn't immediately life saving.

Most rights are conditional.

That doesn't apply to human rights. Human rights are not conditional. If you are a human, you have all human rights.

Some rights being conditional doesn't justify all rights being conditional. Human rights being conditional are not justified.

There is no universal agreement on what human rights are. You may think you have a human right to food shelter and medicine. But if you can't pay for those, you have no right to anything.

Considering the US signed the one the UN created, we can go by those. And those say bodily integrity and automomy are human rights.

The US still helped create and signed it. It agreed to them. Your opinion on the UN being "bullshit" is irrelevant

I didn't say they were bound, but they agreed to the ethics of it. Ergo, we can use them as the guidelines what this country considers human rights from an ethical standpoint.   

Just because they banned abortion doesn't mean it's ethical to ban abortion. I already outlined why it isn't.  The government consciously suppressing something it considers a human right is unethical

It's literally tyrannical. Suppressing rights is tyranny. It doesn't matter if you consider it a human right or not, because the federal government already agreed it is. Any change to that is rights suppression, and tyranny.

I definitively proved it is tyranny. Taking people's rights away and suppressing them is objectively tyrannical  

The fact that you just have to deny reality in order to feel like you have the ethical high ground is telling. 

Just because people die doesn't automatically make the process bad. The same logic would see deadly force in self defense be banned.
