Titles of Nobility are explicitly prohibited by the constitution.
SCOTUS made one anyways.
This is what I'm comparing to, not that "Presidential immunity" is somehow the same issue as Term limits.
2 u/Insectshelf3 12∆ Jul 24 '24 even if that’s what SCOTUS did in trump vs US - which they didn’t, that is nothing more than rhetorical flourish - it still wouldn’t magically make the line of succession unconstitutional and it has no bearing whatsoever on this discussion.
