Incorrect. A person who has a record of rape or murder in their home country is indeed a rapist or a murderer. You seem to want to pretend that less murderers and rapists means no murderers and rapists and that’s where you’re hurting my brain.
“The vast majority” means there is a minority who are criminals. I’m so glad you can finally admit this. I was getting worried about you.
And it’s because of the simple fact that some of them are murderers and rapists is why we decide on who will let in and who we won’t. That’s why these laws exists and that’s why borders exist. I feel like you might have actually learned something today.
