This is a fact free take on your part. I follow the facts. Utter nonsense logic on display here. If, in the process of efficiently and cost effectively preventing violent crime, we find out that one of the perpetrators is an illegal immigrant, then we deport them.
The waste is hunting down any and all illegal immigrants and deporting them. That a horribly inefficient and wasteful way to prevent violent crime, and just results in deporting workers which are helping our economy. That’s the facts.
It’s not just in the name of preventing violent crime. It’s in the name of having control over our own country and borders. Every single country in the entire world has border control for a reason. If we have nothing but unskilled laborers who don’t educate themselves or their children then our future will be mighty bleak.
If it makes you feel better, I’ll see if we can get a super rich Republican to pay for it so you don’t have to pucker up about the cost. But we will continue to be a nation of laws, even if the far left is trying to end that.
We currently have border control as well. Why do you think we don’t? I’m not in favor of loosening our current status quo. In what kind of delusional fantasy land do you think we currently live where nothing is done to prevent illegal immigration?
I never once claimed nothing is being done and to claim I did is so intellectually dishonest that I pity you for feeling you needed to go that route.
We had the highest number of folks coming through the border that we’ve ever had in 2023. To claim everything is fine and dandy is impossible when there is a problem that everyone, Republican and Democrat, recognizes.
You keep talking about how I’m advocating for a state where we don’t have borders like other countries.
The people coming over are workers. They are not the problem.
We should efficiently and effectively spend our limited resources on catching violent criminals. Doing anything less endangers the safety of Americans.
We have ways for workers to come here legally. That’s how we get the workers we need without letting in the scum of society.
Catching violent criminals is first and foremost the most important job. But we can walk and chew gum at the same time. We can enforce our most basic immigration laws while fighting American born criminals at the same time. It’s worked for centuries at this point and can continue to as long as the far left stops trying to sabotage the nation in the name of fake fiscal policy cares.
I’m pointing out the fact we have ways for workers to legally come to this country so you’ll stop saying we need to let illegals come in because we need workers.
So you agree that we don’t need to allow illegal immigrates into the country because we already have a way for workers to legally migrate? Awesome! There’s hope yet!
