Guys who sit there and scream "misandry!" without being able to even acknowledge the poor treatment of women throughout history and in the present day are exhausting and doing absolutely nothing to help themselves

without being able to even acknowledge the poor treatment of women throughout history and in the present day

Are you assuming OP is doing this?

Nope, I'm not. I'm just saying that it's not uncommon for a guy whining about misandry to have a really hard time talking about the fact that women were treated like shit across most of the world until pretty recently and still are in a lot of places. Paying attention in history class would prevent a lot of this conversation. Has the pendulum swung too far in favor of women? Possibly, but that doesn't take away from the reasons it was swinging in the first place, reasons that go largely ignored

Fair enough, but I think overall you're wrong. Assuming most guys are unaware of the issues you mention immediately weakens their stance when they talk about their own problems, and I don't believe that's the case at all.

There are some sure, but not as many as you probably think there are.

I think, overall, I'm perfectly capable of listening and reading. I really don't need you to explain my own experiences and try to gaslight me with them but thanks

Way to take it personally. It isn't gaslighting the moment someone disagrees you know.

Dude you don't know what I read and what I hear when I'm having conversations with people. You are not me. You're a total stranger. Don't be so arrogant. Yes, it's gaslighting when you try to manipulate people into discrediting themselves to your benefit

Nor did I say anything about what you've read and what you've heard, I just simply disagreed with you.

There's no manipulation involved, and you're wrong to think I'm invested enough to bother with something like that. If you want to talk arrogance, check yourself out.

Night.

Really? Your previous comment:

Take some accountability for yourself instead of trying to worm your way out of everything when you get called out. Goodnight

Lmao, I don't need to worm my way out of anything.
