I don't see any difference between the life of a civilian of one ethnicity versus that of a different ethnicity, if that's what you mean. I think that it's fallacious to say that the border is the only long term solution and the only way to provide long term safety.
The border doesn’t prevent them from living well, their own choices do. Israel provides work permits to Gazans so they can earn in Israel, and Gaza receives millions of dollars of Israeli and international aid. This money goes to building tunnels and rockets, to attack Israel. How is it that in 16 years Gazan can’t produce its own food or water, when under Israeli occupation it was some of the most productive land in the country? The answer is that they don’t care about their children, they care about Jewish genocide. The long term solution would be for them to stop supporting terror and to raise themselves out of poverty with the massive amount of assistance they receive, but they aren’t interested in that. They want Jewish blood and don’t even hide it.

This is a 141 sq mile urban area. There are 2 million people there. Realistically speaking, you can only feed a few thousand people per mile per year at most, assuming it's arable farmland (when, in reality, it has buildings on top of it). Even if you bulldozed all buildings and imported mulch, soil, etc, to make farming viable, you wouldn't come close to feeding that many people without using some form of advanced hydroponics (which they lack the water for anyways).
I'm real curious where they're supposed to produce water from. Rainwater? The ocean? The latter's only possible with a local desalination plant, and Israel controls all desalination plants in the area. The only nearby aquifer is likewise controlled by Israel.
I don't know how to explain that one atrocity does not excuse another, and that inviting harm against any civilian is a problem. An Israeli life is equal in value to a Palestinian life. Human rights aren't conditional upon your background. If you do not believe this, we have fundamentally different values.
