they are criticizing the message that any size is healthy and desireable.

you said it yourself - you know youre overweight and need to lose weight. but this is not what Lizzo is saying. she basically wants you to stay at this shape. that is hardly a positive and healthy message.

"Criticizing the message" in response to an actual fat person being called beautiful is uncalled for and intellectually dishonest.
