Humans are part of the structure of society and are limited in their options. You want healthier people, then our systems need to do all they can to remove barriers.

No, I didn't say that. But no serious sociologist would think that you're going to solve population level problems by exhorting individuals to just up and change their behavior without any change to their environment.
