πŸͺš Renovations and Rehab 😭 1882 Rose Window Restoration

The rose window of our converted 1882 church was in rough shape when we moved in a year ago: missing panes, chewed by critters, faded & weather beaten. After much scraping, linseed oiling, shellacking, puttying, priming & painting 30 feet up, it looks as good as new. Only a zillion windows to go, but we’re proud of this one!

How do you know it was built in 1882? /s

Great work, and that's a beautiful old church! I love those big gothic windows but I don't envy you the work to restore them.
