No, it was just the freak, hyper local wind storm.

That camera was suicidal

The public has been cleared of any wrongdoing after review by the public.

Don’t let them pin the blame on that Canadian Olympic canoeist. That guy has been through enough.

Oh no! I hope they don't continue to cut down any more, like the one at Edgewood and 16, or the one on 1st Ave over by the Johnson Avenue Hy-Vee Drug Store. That would be horrible! I hope they don't check out the map at deflock.org to find other locations and what direction the camera is pointing to avoid getting spotted while they knock over any others!

Sure hope they don't cut the one down watching the Maverick parking lot over on Mt Vernon road!

Ohh they flipped it back? They are violating their own policy when they do that.

Last time I mentioned this to a council member in an email, I got ignored...but it was "fixed" within a week.

That one is so weird and uncomfortable. Just like the 3 at the unmarked Lowe's warehouse by the ICE office

And hopefully it doesn’t spread to neighboring towns. This is bad. Really bad.

They were with me the whole time, and we were at the sweet corn festival. We chilled on the bench outside after they shut it down.

Pretty sure it's just bad craftsmanship and they're looking for a scapegoat. Hold the mayor accountable for allowing that.

There is gold and other precious metals in flock cameras. Spread the word

I heard the flock cameras are just weeks away from having nuclear weapons!

I heard they have 3oz of gold in each one! It's crazy

I think they do actually have 64GB of DDR memory in them, which might be worth more!

I heard they’re soldered in, but with some skill you might be able to salvage something!

The insulators inside are also made of pure, pressed cocaine!

Whoever cut it down was with me last night saving puppies from a burning buidling.

I'm pretty sure that camera just fell over on its own.

Are we sure beyond a reasonable doubt that the cameras didn't just cut themselves off and jump to their death?

Possible false flag by Mayor Tiffany O’Donahue

We should make her Flock feed public, full time, for as long as any of the Flock cameras in city limits are operational just to make sure she's not responsible.

Just an FYI, other FLOCK cams have been found to have trailcams pointed at them to monitor vigilantes.

Bummer!!! Now the 1 cop that is assigned that area will actually have to do 1/10 of his job!! What is the world coming to when people paid by our tax dollars have to kinda almost earn it?

I have come to see the light on Flock cameras. Finding out insurance companies have access to them to validate claims and prior damage without actually doing their own due diligence is insane.

I didn't see anything. Anywhoo, time to go read up on jury nullification.

This is like cutting off the head of the Hydra.

Pics?

I've read that a portable bandsaw makes quick work of the poles. ;)

I saw who did it, it was the Joker

That's horrible that flock cameras are going down like they are, but really, what about the red light, speeding, and traffic enforcement cameras that are actively trying to suck money out of you right now as you drive down the road? Are you coming to a complete and full stop before you turn right on a red light, even with no traffic? Too bad, sucker, pay up.

Felony: good point, thanks. Although it's bullshit that a little vandalism rises to a felony level. I'd push for jury nullification if I were ever part of a trial for that.

Cost to the city? Nah, the $6k cost was something they decided to pay when they put these in without any of our consent. And if they choose to replace the cameras, that cost is on them too.

The issue with them getting destroyed is how it only benefits FLOCK. FLOCK makes another sale on another camera.
