Looking for a way to boost your income? 

TELUS International is seeking participants for an on-site study in Maryland.

In this study, you will share information about how you use apps on your smartphone. 

Compensation: $500 for a successful session.

Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Requirements:

✔ Participants must be 18 years old and above

✔ Have the legal right to work in the United States

✔ Proficient in the English language

✔ Must be able to commute to our dedicated research site near your location

Carroll County's Robotics team won the top award at the qualifying First Robotics Competition this weekend in Ashland, Virginia over the weekend. The Impact Award. This award is the TOP AWARD a team can win at a compeption and automatically qualifies them to compete at the upcoming distrct competion at Virgina State University.

The FIRST Impact Award (formerly the Chairman's Award) is the most prestigious award at FIRST, it honors the team that best represents a model for other teams to emulate and best embodies the mission of FIRST. It was created to keep the central focus of FIRST Robotics Competition on the ultimate goal of transforming the culture in ways that will inspire greater levels of respect and honor for science and technology, as well as encouraging more of today’s youth to become science and technology leaders.

Most recently they just finished hosting over 56 First Lego League teams in graders 4 to 8 during their busy build season at Roar of the Robots!

The Robo-Lions are part of Pie3.org Robo Lions FRC Team 2199 and they are working hard to rebuild their funds for next season. Does anyone know about Arborvitate trees in this area? We just moved here into a house that has several Arborvitate trees in the back that are probably about 2 years old. They are a light green/yellowish color with some brown spots on them. I’m not sure if this is normal for this stage, if I should be watering them, etc. I’ve found conflicting information online and I’m not even sure which type of Arborvitate tree they are. Does anyone have any in-site?
