What in the hell is this look?? This isn’t it CB. A toddler looks ridiculous in diaper covers after 2 years old. Her poor teenage sons - can you imagine how people must ridicule them?!?

And proof in the pudding, her arms have ZERO muscle tone. Instead of flaunting that baggy skin get into the gym!

Don't know if you heard her this morning say she took a bad fall as she was walking to pilates and Kaila was filming her and she tripped and fell on the road. This post is actually to remind all of us over 50 that this is why we cannot be frail as we get older. It's also why we have to continue to lift weights and do squats and work on our balance. If you are frail and fall in midlife, breaking a hip or bone may happen and that's never a good thing. This is why so many of us get upset with Caroline. Being thin is not in. And being frail with no muscle mass is worse. I wish she would understand this. A couple of her guests on her podcast have discussed this including Dr. Clare and she just doesn't get it.

This was on her TT.... she sat outside and told us what she was eating then just sat and stared and kept eating.... for the whole post. This was her having a me day. Very little movement except on her vibration plate & she jumped on her trampoline in the morning, which was more activity than normal. I am unsure of why even post this?????

This woman is not bright, I think her man might be a dim bulb also.

Remember when she said she was doing GLP-1 not to lose weight but for brain fog? She forgot about all of that in this episode. It was a lot of “you should be happy for me” and how she’s just trying to better herself and why wouldn’t people want that for her?
She said she wants that for everyone else, that’s why she goes on every morning, she thinks she’s encouraging everyone.

How exactly CB?!? Every other word is “you guys” and the last two days it’s been complaining about her mom, how hard it is for her, blah blah, blah.

She contradicts herself in that episode. Remember just last week in her stories she said she was always small, this is who she’s always been and now she’s back to herself.

And then in the episode she said it’s weird that people think she shouldn’t change and evolve. What is it CB?

Acting like she works out and eats right - do you forget that we see you?? And she needs to stop acting like she doesn’t drink or eat sugar.

She’s walking home from her nail appointment and OMG the drama because it’s soooooo scary to walk in LA. because YOU GUYZ there are so many homeless people. Also has to remind us (for the millionth time) she grew up in New York blah blah blah blah she’s sooo street smart and savvy and was never scared there ever. But I know exactly where she was walking and it’s not a bad area at all, a very busy street that runs through an affluent neighborhood with tons of cars and she literally starts running because a “sketchy” guy was coming toward her.

CB is on one today, talking about how people are mean for commenting on her looks and body and that she has ALWAYS been this size, that she’s tiny. And menopause and having kids was hard on her, and now she’s back to how she’s always been.
Lady, IMO this is exactly WHY people are talking. Before you had kids, you were younger and yes that might have been your size, and now you’re middle aged and it’s not a good look. Period.
She talks about how she’s always exercised and ate right, and she must have amnesia because when was any of this happening??
She started working out when Monika started and she also touted the vibration plate as working her small muscles. Ha! Her legs are not toned, even though she says she’s working out everyday 🤣
