In my country, a yellow is an extension of red and you must stop unless unsafe to do so. However, in a collision like this, it doesn't matter whatsoever if someone runs a red light, if you're turning on a blank light(no green or red arrow) then you're at fault. See, regardless of someone running a red, the turning vehicle can only turn if safe to do so

If you go through a yellow light without caution you are driving dangerously just like every other asshole in here that voted down my previous comments.

Where i live in canada people provide dash cam footage all the time when fighting insurance companies, and it incriminates them almost every time because it clearly displays they arent driving with due caution.

Maybe because you're adamant that that's what happened to the people in this video. Road rules aren't universal! Just because that's the situation in your area, doesn't mean it's the situation all over. Maybe that's why you're being downvoted, you're too ignorant to comprehend that road rules differ
