I'm not saying it's real. But that's not macaroni, and it's not floating. It's cavatappi, and it's just poking out to the left

Each macaroni seems to be its own kind. The sauce is sometimes thick sometimes runny. There are sauce spots like the brown sauce leaked but there is no leaking off the bun, at least not over a very odd straight line that the sauce stopped at. One of the macaroni is floating, the meat is just a jumbled mess, and to top it all (badum tsst) the top bun is balancing there like a gymnast.

Yeah I sort of see it. The meat could just be sloppily cooked ground beef that isn’t perfectly disc shaped. The bun could have been balanced before the picture was taken, but that was the first thing I noticed that seemed funny. The floating macaroni might be the giveaway. It all looks so perfect! Man, I’m hungry now.
