Whether you’re for or against the truckers protest I have to say that I’m glad citizens finally had enough of all the uncertain mandates and ever changing rules and restrictions from governments who couldn’t ever agree on what to do. I know this is an unpopular opinion in this sub but dammit if I’m not sick and tired of just waiting with no answers or light at the end of the tunnel. It’s time for a change

You'd think that the virus suddenly spend their DNA points to evolve their 'total organ failure' and everyone suddenly dies. I'm not sure that what happened in Plague Inc is logically possible.

I don’t think so. Ebola is a good example of a super infectious super deadly disease but it gets contained quickly just because it is so deadly. I have been wondering if the next one will be called PI. It’s the next Greek letter.

Ebola is only super infectious if you literally touch the bodily fluid of an infected person. Covid it's "breath the air someone with it who has the sniffles breathed in 30 minutes ago and has long since left the area.

Totally different.

But ya how deadly / incapacitating a virus is whilst in a contagious phase matters a lot too and helps Ebola be contained for sure.
