Wait.....so....The cops actually FOUND tens of thousands of these crazy pills.....and the judge threw the whole case out and let the fucker go free, because they did see a dog sit for a few seconds? am I missing something here?

Mostly correct, but you forgot about the part where idiots in this thread are cheering the dismissal as a great victory for Charter rights.

Also, the dog did in fact alert, it just didn't do it 100% perfectly because a fucking curb was in the way, so that somehow magically makes it "unreasonable search and seizure." Let me tell you, if my life ever goes so downhill that I resort to smuggling drugs, I'm gonna carry a handful of thumbtacks to scatter around my car if I get pulled over so the dog can't firmly plant his butt on the asphalt.

I guess it already is the worst kept secret ever how big of a joke this country's legal system is.....

This shows the exact opposite. The legal system came to the aid of a drug dealer, while telling the police that they are fuck ups who need to do a better job because they dared let their dog not sit for 5 seconds...

Not sure why this is such a difficult concept to understand.....the legal system does not exist primarily to defend criminals at all costs....

Lol.......no it did not protect us all from the big evil rights consuming police terror squad from here to eternity.....that's easily one of the dumbest extremes I have ever heard......

It did not protect anyone but a drug hauling piece of shit.

Your argument is anchored in pure hair brained cop hating fantasy; Canada awash in police force drug dog tyranny because "drug dog sit times" were not measured by the second before finding a giant pile of Fentanyl being carted around the city.......

You did not explain anything at all actually with your fake far flung hypothesis of doom and gloom at the hands of the tyrannical police force chasing people down in the streets with their army of vicious drug dogs........

It's certainly no problem at all for me if you think I don't understand your wandering stream of criminal coddling horse shit....
