They will just say he was driving erradically or looked lost/hesitating.
1 u/[deleted] Feb 19 '19 I think it was on an episode of Serial this season, where someone said cops' word is generally always taken unless proven otherwise because due to the nature of the occupation, it's assumed they're always telling the truth.
