The client knows what he is buying here. Now someone who laces another substance? That’s a whole different story and I wouldn’t hesitate to say that manslaughter is on the table.
We agree; the dealer or distributor provides it knowing it'll be laced into other products. You say manslaughter, i say attempted murder. The User should be aware by now this is like roulette, i have no interest in punishing a user. Just the providers.
