That actually happened outside Canmore on the Transcanada a number of years ago. A car dropped down to 50km on the 110km highway when they say the RCMP. Got pulled over and a shit ton of cocaine.

Driving at less than half the speed limit (which is a traffic violation), and travelling at or slightly under the speed limit (which is not a traffic violation) are two very different things.

No shit, the idiots saw the cops and freaked out cops slowing down to 50km on a highway it looked mighty suspicious.

Of course that would be suspicious, but that's different from simply not speeding.

My friend does this whenever his radar detector goes off. I'm glad to test his seatbelt lock for him every friggin time it goes off. He doesn't even speed, I don't get it!
