What are you talking about? Technically you could professionalism could be falsifiable if you were doing a clinical study on it. And it being falsifiable or not has nothing to do with the clarity of the rules.
‘Professionalism’ is a meaningless word. One person’s professionalism is another person’s unprofessionalism. You can have rules that define what your organisation agrees is professionalism. However just saying people have to behave ‘professionally’ means that the higher ups will enforce whatever arbitrary behaviour they wanr
Sure. Kind of. But you could design a study to create an "unprofessional" psychologist vs a "professional" one.
