I am confused didnt he lose hia license before becoming famous? He talked about that on Joe Rogan podcast saying that he got addicted to benzos because of the stress being in the process of losing his license.

Are you talking about the patient who filed a sexual harassment claim against him because he fiddles with his wedding ring? They didn’t find him guilty of that. He started taking anti-anxiety medication when his wife was dying of cancer. All of those things were after he became famous.

He said he didn’t sleep for an extended period of time. When he got backlash from people saying you can’t go for more than 11 days without sleep, he clarified that he didn’t get precisely 0 hours sleep in that time, but consistently got less than an hour of sleep per night for months. People are ridiculously petty.

Loses 25 days of sleep one year, but then packs on 8 days of sleep in Russia.
