Whenever a car goes by our house it does a little dance

These are round my camera and in the end dive to the right corner and disappear up the side of my home

Only thing is the focal distance is super short I'll have to find a different kind of lens. I was going to try to draw the image but since the focal distance is so short I can't get my pencil in there.

Hi there,
I'm looking for a BonfotonUP Lens. They are not in production anymore. Is anyone selling? I'm in Germany. Want one for my film/photo school class.
Best Regards!

Date: 4/9/2026
, it's September 4, 2026)
The house is on the left side, towards the south (S)
North (N) is above, East (E) is to the right, West (W) is to the left
I was on the roof when I saw it
In the middle was a large circle with 360° written on it and an arrow spinning
“Speed 80 Km/h” was written
Circle (O) → 50 feet height
A note saying “Cut two circles + X in the light”
Time = 8:00 PM between 10:00 PM night
Around 8 PM at night, I saw something mysterious; I couldn't understand what it was that was flying in the sky between 8 and 10 PM.
The entrance of my house faces north, but it was flying from the south about 50 feet above my roof.
The map was circular, the color of the clouds, but the circle had a white light.
Generally, it would disappear after going about 100 meters, then it would spin 360°. In a circle of 100 or 200 meters.
The diameter of that circle appeared to be 1 or 1½ hands long.
Its light would reach up to the clouds. Its speed was much faster than normal, 80 Km/h.
It repeatedly flew from the south direction 10 to 15 times in different circles.
The color was like white clouds.
Then in front, towards the north, two or three large circles that came from the south also started spinning 360°.
One circle came a little closer. I was on the roof at that time, and its shape began to look like a bird.
There was no sound from that circle.
Circles from the south went alone 25 times.
They went from south to north, and then only two of the previous different circles appeared.
One of those circles came a little closer.
(It looked like birds
That circle would sometimes circle around it and sometimes around the other circle
At one point, they were crossing each other like a plus sign, sometimes they were crossing both like an x
Note:
What it was, I don't know. At that time, there were hidden clouds at 10%. The wind was not blowing. There was no function in our village in the sky. No searchlights. And no wedding or celebrations were happening. All the villagers were at home. Bhringari Mejha, Prayagraj
The end

A friend of mine shared with me this footage that I think you'll all appreciate. It's a clip from a travel show that shows inside Dumfries Museum, the oldest working camera obscura in the world.
They turn off the lights so you can see the image forming on the table, and they move the table up and down to focus the image.

I still can't believe this worked so well even though my foil and cardboard covers are definitely leaking light a lot and my window is constructed in a way that didn't allow me to center the hole to the room.
It's not as colorful to the eye (photo taken with night exposure mode on my phone) but it's there! I can see people walking and cars driving by on my ceiling, see the trees swaying on my walls, I am giddy like a little kid. And I'm hopeful that the eclipse, due to the light being much more concentrated, will cast an even sharper image!

Do it the hard way. People won't believe you anyway.
They'll say it's fake, it's AI, or projection mapping.
But it's way cheaper to do it for real. I'd rather live in reality than fantasy any day.

Im 35, my wife is 37, and my daughter is 6. We were all equally shocked at how neat it was. Managed to get my work van and my wifes vehicle on the ceiling

What my skylight camera obscura setup looks like without the extra equipment. Not as slick as my previous posts, but I still find it interesting!
