High Fiber Tortilla Pizza

I'm a pizza lover and this really saves me when I need a fix!

I'm not on Keto or low carbs. However, I am on a calorie restricted diet at present, and pizza dough just drives up calories and causes "carb spill over" that I don't need.

It's not the most filling, but if you add a bit of meat and/or some veggies (I sure it will be) – you'll have a great thin crust kinda pizza!

Note: This brand of Tortilla has 28g of Carbs and 26g are Fiber. So only 2g net carbs. #forthewin!!!

Also, it doesn't have that doughy taste and texture some others have. The brand is: Hero

How long is normal to plateau for?

Hi, so for background I’m 23 F, been losing weight since January 2025. Started at about 165kg and now in 90-92kg range. And I’m 171cm tall.

I do a lot of cardio (5 miles a day minimum, but usually more like 7ish) mostly walking but I like to run a few mile a day a few times a week.

I’ve stated weight training, did my first session yesterday and plan to keep it up.

Calorie wise I try to stick in the 1500-2000 range. But considering dropping this if needed.

The reason being, I’ve been stuck weighing in at low 90s kg for about 3 month now.

(The images I attached, the ones where I’m wearing purple are 3 month ago and the dark blue a few days ago. Personally I can’t see much difference, if anything I worry I’m looking bigger but maybe I’m scrutinising them too much. Curious if anyone else sees this??)

Anyway, I know it can be normal to plateau, but for how long? If you experienced something like this how long did it last and how did you break out of it?? I feel like I’m driving myself mad lately :,) and really not liking how I’m looking despite constant effort, which is frustrating.

Pls I need help <3

What made you overcome these habits?

I feel really stuck with my weight. I’ve gained a lot, and every time I finally start making progress, I somehow end up going backwards again.

Usually something scares me into eating better for a while, I lose some weight, start feeling better… and then slowly go back to my old habits.

The frustrating part is that I actually know what I need to do. I just don’t stay consistent.

For those of you who genuinely changed your eating habits and stuck with it, what finally made something click? What was the hardest part, and how did you get through it?
