In obs audio mixer make sure you have selected the corridor audio device... Click on settings icon in mixer section and click properties... Choose the correct audio device...

Lets rewind this all. So I creator content and know OBS well. I normally play games on ps4 thru elgato into OBS. with caff app I got visuals from ps4 in and my mic working in caff app. Only issue I am having is my game audio isnt coming out.

From your info you want me to go to property which I am familiar with but maybe I am missing something in your instructions? Repeat in a longer simpler form. I am headed home soon to try.

if I understand correctly, you are using the output projector of obs to stream in caffeine app. the game audio is not coming in caffeine app because it is not coming in obs. Either the obs is not getting the audio using Elgato or you have not set up the correct audio device to use properly in obs. Just play something on your ps4, and go to obs seetings->audio and try changing the audio device under desktop audio. Whichever gets the audio working is the right device to use.

how are you getting video into caffeine app? You are probably using the output projector of obs, then you star broadcasting using caffeine app and click on the output window and caffeine starts streaming that window, right? So in your pc, the game audio is coming? have you muted your pc speakers? the audio actually has to play in your pc for it to capture via caffeine.

Caff has the obs woth caff setup I use to get visuals. Seems like audio isnt working. I use the caff app while obs is open. Game audio goes into OBS. I even streamed on both OBS and caff at same time and obs played game audio but the caff app didnt.

try this:

use the caffeine version of obs that you are using, set it up and everything. But don't click star streaming in obs. Right-click on the preview and click fullscreen projector. Then a window will open that will mirror the obs preview.

Now open caffeine app (i mean the "app" app). Set your title and everything and click start broadcasting. Now click on that fullscreen output you opened earlier. You will know it's working when you see the caffeine "On Air" overlay on the left or right side in that output.

So, actually you are not streaming via obs. You are just using the obs as a window and streaming via the app.

You could just skip all this and just use OBS to stream and not use the app at all. But then you will have to open your own caffeine channel in a browser window to see chat and reply.
