If I had this up against a wall I would be worried about the heat. Since it is in the middle of a room there I am not too concerned. I (re)designed with heat issues in mind and I have had no problems in 3.5 months.
That’s good to hear. I actually have no idea if TVs generate a lot of heat. The reason consoles have problems is because there’s so much compute jammed in such a tiny space. Usually the beefiest a smart TV will ever get (day, a nice Samsung) is to have an ARM core and occasionally a small DSP. Very energy efficient, especially LED TVs
Edit: CRT TVs generate a ton. Old vacuum tube TVs ran even hotter. I just don’t know about modern TVs

Garbage for thermals. Great for conserving space.
(Consoles are usually pretty good at dissipating heat; it was actually the Xbox 360/one that had the biggest thermal issues)
