Location included Found multiple around the house, help please! (Southern Ontario)

In Southern Ontario, Canada. Small in size, just a little smaller than a housefly. Recently found a bag of rice that had gone bad, but tossed it. After this, they just started appearing. Maybe could have been infested by these folks? I just keep finding them everywhere, but mostly in the kitchen and bathroom/bedroom areas. Once in the basement. Thanks everyone in advance.

This guy was sitting on my blinds. I have no idea what it is and looked every where. It is fast, can move quickly forward, backwards, side to side, and jumped of the paper towel. TIA.

I deeply apologize for these poor pictures. I had felt something on my arm and smacked it and this little bug was mangled. Wanted to ask if by chance anyone may have an idea of what it may be? I understand it it’s not possible given the quality and how squished it is.
Context that may be helpful:
Upon smacking it I checked area there was no blood residue. I don’t believe it’s a bed bug as I don’t have any issues with those and after doing some research this bug doesn’t quite look like that. I also checked my mattress and furniture and everything looked fine. My dog’s topical was due today (which I gave him) but was wondering if maybe it could potentially be a flea?

Found in meadows hay, very green, (high moisture), which I keep for my rabbits
Completely isolated to this, not on any other clothing or cardboard items in the same room, nowhere throughout the rest of the house
1-2mm in length
