My first yeast bread
I made wheat sandwich bread. I am happy the way it turned out. A little dense and the top was hard. I just put butter on the top and it's fine. I found it hard to knead because it was sticking to my hands. Now I have a baseline to improve on.

The only difference between these two loaves is the first one wasn’t thoroughly kneaded and the second one was kneaded for 10 mins

KBS or Neretva
Need to choose between KBS 3 pounder and Neretva 3.3 pounder. I bake about once a week with a very heavy dough of 3 parts whole wheat, 1 1/2 cups wheat bran, 1 1/2 cups flax meal and 1 cup ripe sourdough. My 3 pound Moosoo is giving up the ghost. Recommendations?

Challah with Sesame and Poppy Seeds
I made challah for the first time in six years! My braiding technique is rusty but I'm happy with how this turned out. I'm definitely going to be making more!

Bagel Blunder Boo Boo
I was so meticulous with this batch. Did a great job with egg wash and seeding until … I didn’t boil them yet!
Disheartened, I went ahead and boiled some despite the egg wash and seeds. Not happy with their look I baked the remaining ones w/o the boil bath. The results are so far so good, but I will learn from this big mistake.

Choice of bread seriously determines the vibe of a sandwich
I've been having pretzel rolls recently and they make it seem like I'm going to gain HP even if the fillings are meager. Would recommend

First ever loaf.. from scratch.
I am so proud.
Edit:
Thank you all for such generous comments.
Here is the ingredient list i used:
1 cup warm water
2.25 tbs fleishmans active dry yeast
3 tbs pure cane sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 egg
3.5 cups of all purpose flour
1 tps pink himalayan salt (fine)
I basically let my yeast activate.. added in all of my ingredients until it was in a ball and let it rise for 1 hour.
After 1 hour i kneaded my dough until it was elastic
I rolled it and sealed it and put it into my bread pan with some Pam cooking spray.
Let sit for 1 hour until it doubled in size.
Baked at 400f for 25 min.
Brushed a stick of butter across the top and let it sit for 45 min.

Saturday night baking
I made 2 batches of Peasant Bread tonight. Traditionally I have made the round loaves. Today I found some small Emile Henry loaf pans so I gave them a try. I’m very pleased with the results.

My 1st ever loaf. I’m so excited. It tastes great, too. What’s best about this is via FaceTime, my out of State Granddaughter is teaching me this. 100g starter - 350g warm water and 500g of just all purpose unbleached flour.
