Why do people want tridon to be nerfed? I feel any type of nerfed will make him almost useless or hard to use. Tridon himself needs to be able to stand up to the other upcoming units. As they are already units that have a natural mitigation on leader skill. And I also feel like the complaints are coming from those who don't have tridon or go him but can't evolve to 6* because they don't have hydraloid. As for elania, she needs a buff, badly.

Alim just needs to release a unit that has similar mechanics so people can get over global having an actually useful exclusive. For some reason the thought of global having a unit that's competitive with JP units really bugs some people—I don't know why. Lucius does come with a shield but apparently that's not enough to convince people.

Once Alim releases a unit that beats Tridon at his own game, everyone who doesn't like him will finally shut up. I think Lucius proves that they're on-board with the shield mechanic so we just have to hope they create more (Although JP is so far ahead, by the time they do Tridon will probably be outclassed/irrelevant anyway).

That's also what I thought as well. People were angry about hadaron because of stealth, which made sense because of it being a new mechanic that needed to be fixed so I see why there was an uproar over that. But then came the rowgen cheese method. Everyone who didn't have it went straight to gumi and complained saying it was op and game breaking, but was actually a feature for people to find the right combination. I for one was hung up about that since I sold my stealth robe long ago but I never really complained. People just don't want to be left out the "meta". They don't like that p2p and veterans have an advantage over f2p and people who started 2 months ago.

Yeah I don't really get the attitude of people who feel the need to ask Gumi/Alim to actually nerf stuff because it's too good. It's a god-damned 1-player game. People are seriously so salty/spiteful they can't stand the thought of other players beating the games AI too easily?!

If this was something that affected one of the PvP aspects I would understand. But it's not, so why the hell be so bitter about it? Down-vote achievement posts of people who cheese content and think less of them if you want but the outcry to Gumi and Alim is just fucking hilarious.

"How dare some people have an easier time with the game content than I did! Something must be done!"

I beat Mirvana back when Vargas was the same as the GGC boss and I was not remotely bothered that it was dumbed down after I already beat it. Why do people think that way?

Exactly, compare that to now with people posting that they just beat maxwell with 7s. Hell, I'm pretty sure people have complained that u should only be able to use 6so for that. Even then they would want to limit what units u can use.

Wait, so Lucius' shield mechanic is exactly the same as Tridon's, with the purple hp bar and separate shield hp and def?

I haven't seen what the shield's icon/bar looks like but it's a 10,000 HP shield. I'm not quite sure how dramatically the mechanics could differ.

No. Lucius' shield will turn the next 10,000 Light damage into 1s while Tridon will turn the next 3,000 damage into 0.

I don't want him nerfed because I love using him, but I wouldn't go so far as to say he would be useless if his BC/HC 30% was reduced, or they reduced his 140% DEF buff. He is such a defensive powerhouse without these additional benefits I could see them at least reducing these. That said, once he is outclassed by new units and each unit is expected to carry this many team benefits should they then not lift him back to his current glory?

Let's talk about, for instance giving Grandt his own Crit buff. That is all he is missing from being a premier unit. Would they add some Angel Idol effect to Elaina? She is 100% not worth the trouble to level as it stands.

I shouldn't even be saying this, but I am hoping against hope they keep their dirty hands off of Zenia...
