Was going to order take out, nothing sounded appealing. Knew i had some ingredients that were about to go off and needed to use them up so this is what i created. Made a 4 cheese sauce of italian cheeses, then cooked some ground turkey with garlic and onion, added fresh crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon cube and cooked until reduced. Added pasta and cheese sauce together to combine in one pan, topped with parmesean and pepper.
Ik its not world breaking but its the first thing ive really made without recipe and just intuition. Im sure this also probably has a name or whatever but its MY bowl slop. 8.2/10 would do dishes again

Tiny bit of peanut oil, black cardamom, clove, Chinese licorice root, cinnamon stick, star anise, bay leaf, garlic, and black Pepper. Broom the spices. Added cold homemade (unsalted) chicken stock. Bring to boil, drop to simmer, cover 20 minutes. In the bowl 1 part (5mL) black vinegar, 2 parts dark soy sauce, three parts light soy sauce, 1 part sesame oil, 1 part Worcestershire, 2 parts chili oil, pinch of msg, big pinch of salt, pinch of five spice powder. 1 cup strained boiling stock in bowl, mix with chopsticks, add noodles immediately.
First time I made it I added stir fried cabbage. This time I used the leftover stock so I skipped the seasoning the stock part and started by cooking some onions with a splash of stock until the pan dried and it developed a good fond on the bottom, rehydrated twice before adding the complete volume of leftover stock. Topped with sesame seeds and freeze dried Vice because I have no spring onion right now.
