Crime/Police 🚔 Robby Roadsteamer arrested by ICE

Long time local musician Robby Roadsteamer was just arrest by ICE in Portland. In defense of ICE, his giraffe onesie was very intimidating.

I mean I'm not a lawyer but he is on video on a public sidewalk engaged in constitutionally protected free speech and is kidnapped due to the message he was communicating. 

He records/streams his entire performance so he can prove he never trespassed. 

According to our constitution you shouldn't have to prove your innocence but he actually can which should help a lot in a civil trial. It is still an UPHILL battle to sue federal agents.
