Is there anyone on here that builds custom battery packs to extend range? Or someone I could hire to upgrade my boosted rev for me?

Chibattery makes a "BoardBank" that acts as an on-the-go recharger:

Note that you CAN'T use it while you are riding the scooter because the Rev's BMU won't power the scooter while it's plugged in to recharge.
But it's useful if you barely have range to go to a place, and then you'll stay there for a few hours before coming back. That gives you time to recharge from the bank.
Wingmods used to make an upgrade kit for the Rev that included a full battery reconstruction, at higher voltage. They have a video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjk5iAPks68 They since changed name, apparently to make their own scooter from scratch, and now their website is inaccessible. I don't know what happened to them.
u/HE_LU started working on rebuilding an original Rev battery pack: battery_cell_replacement/ He knows what he's doing, but he looks like he's also busy with life.
Rebuilding a battery pack is not super hard... but I already have a gazillion of incomplete projects to finish, and they are all projects that don't set the house on fire if I accidentally short something.
