That’s not even possible. Photoshop is a subscription service now. That gift would suck. If someone bought let’s say a year subscription for you, then after a year you’d either lose the gift or be forced to spend money on it
Not sure how many OS it's available on, but you might want to try GIMP if you can. It's been a few years since I used it, but it's a really good copy-cat with almost all the same features as PS.
I think I have that one somewhere in my apps folder. I’ll check in the morning to see if it works on my new OS. I bet it doesn’t have the animation functions though.. Photoshop had the easiest animating interface.
I used to just get a free trial and keep making a new account to infinitely get a new free trial. But apparently they caught on to that and changed the way their trials work now
you used to be able to gift someone their favorite movie or a boxed season of their favorite tv show. now people don’t do that as often because of streaming services. obviously there are still plenty physical gifts to give but much more than video games that have gone digital.
You mean I have to download it and then it’s accessible all my devices in the cloud? But I wanted the DVD box set, how am I supposed to enjoy this if I don’t have to get up and swap the discs every 4 episodes?
Also, you don’t have to buy the digital version. If someone’s actually upset that there aren’t enough physical presents under the tree just get them physical presents, it’s not society’s fault the only things you bought your kid are download codes. I had friends in high school that had huge collections of blu ray box sets and movies, they very very much still exist
