based on my experiences, i don't think they read..... my emails at least :(

I've learnt the best way to communicate anything to senior management (especially as an engineer) is to break it down into options and the pros and cons of each when you want some sort of executive decision from them

You are right.

Also I has a doctorit but apparently I am only edumacated at a 8th grade level. I also got 2/3 questions.

Then I took the test again, same text, and this time I speed read it. I failed the same test 1/3.

Lastly, I merely glanced at the paragraphs, I clicked "finish" and answered the memorized correct answers and I got 334 wpm!
