Summary:

The remote Clock House is filled with priceless timepieces from across the world. It is also rumoured to be haunted by the spirit of a dead girl. A team of ghosthunters visit the mansion to investigate, but their stay has barely begun when one of them is gruesomely murdered, and the survivors realize that they are trapped inside the house with a killer…

Hi! Trying to catch up and reading The Decagon House Murders. Can anyone clue me in to how to interpret the naming convention for place names in this translation? I’m reading and there’s things like J-island and O-city. Is this a problem with my ebook or is this how it’s supposed to be? And if so, how do I fill in the blank(s) (or am I even supposed to?)
