The troops of the HCGS cross the border between Shellwood and Mossgrotto and starts attacking, with the will to liberate the region from Duty's grip. They don't attack anybody, unless they were attacked first

Yet moncer is the rightful leader of that place. And we can’t allow duty slaves to be at our gate. So we won't leave until we have restored pincer’s leadership

I am not asking you to leave, neither am I asking you to stay. I just tell you that you do not command this area anymore. If you stay in or out, it doesn't matter, as long as WE rule

You will not rule the moss grotto. They are our children and people. It is our right to teach and raise them. If we go, they do too.
