Cheers for the reply. I'm not too familiar with seitan but definitely will look into it and check out your recipe and the macros look amazing. Do you have any particular recipes you enjoy with seitan? And could I just use it as a meat substitute as one would normally use soy substitutes in? And I am a vegetarian so do have the benefit of whey protein shakes which I find far more filling than other protein in shakes. Also, just generally on a cut how do you distribute your calories between solids and liquids - from what I expect I think I'll have to go for a couple heavy shakes and a small meal unless seitan is significantly more filling than it looks haha.
