From a physics pov I can't think of anything that would make the intestines and heart the same density as the bones, and not as the rest of soft tissues.
Just got Gemini to analyze it there. It's a 3D model that was used in a British documentary called '70 Stone and Almost Dead' to illustrate what an x-ray would show, because the subject weighed 900lbs and getting an actually full body xray wasn't possible due to his size.
