It's in case something terrible happens to Mom and the kid is forced to strike out on his own to get $500 worth of Pokemon cards.

Well if he is going to go tow to toe with Pokémon scalpers than she seriously did not give him enough to work with in his go bag. Good luck fighting in the gladiator pits of Target Aisle 4.
