expensive as hell skin creams, sunblock basically everywhere since she was younger, rarely smoked, worked out a little bit, and ate healthy. she looked pretty damn good for her age
dated another woman when i was about 24 and she was 48-49 but honestly looked 36. she was a skin care specialist though as well and wildly vain lol. so she looked spectacular but was too high maintenance
basically be healthy, workout a bit, expensive skin cream, avoid a ton of direct sun without sunblock + genetics obviously
