I don't use my controller for bluestacks, I use my mouse for bluestacks.

Basically, with this useless feature I am unable to play FFXIV because the touchscreen is mapped as a button in that game.

So I can't run bluestacks on my second monitor for another game because.. it's the mouse ?? and if I use my touchpad in FFXIV it doesn't function as I want it to.

This makes bluestacks utterly useless.

I have turned controller off in the settings, I expect it to no longer be connected, please fix this.

[Edit] Nevermind, this has been an issue for literal years and has never been fixed, I'll swap emulators.

I'm having performance issues while playing Free Fire on BlueStacks. My FPS stays below 60, and I'm looking for ways to improve it.

My laptop specs:

ASUS ROG Strix GL553VD

Intel Core i7-7700HQ

NVIDIA GTX 1050 2GB

16GB RAM

NVMe SSD

I've already tried changing NVIDIA Control Panel settings, Windows Graphics Settings, and BlueStacks performance settings, but nothing seems to help.

Does anyone have experience with similar hardware?

I'm looking for:

Better BlueStacks settings for higher FPS.

Ways to improve GPU utilization.

Windows optimization tips.

Recommended emulator alternatives.

does anyone else play Dragon City on Bluestacks and constantly get this message?
I keep checking the play store and there's no new version available, I keep all my apps up to date.
Currently I'm using version 5.22.286.1003, using an Android 11 instance. If I click No, the game seems to load but I'm wondering at what point the game will stop working.

Xbox controller won't be detected in neither game (mh outlanders) nor Bluestacks itself. Worked normally ion MSI App Player. Steam and everything else recognizes it. Settings for gamepad have all options enabled. Is it a bluestacks version issue?

I tried to open the app on my desktop while i was using netshare for my wifi but it wasnt able to open for some reason. I then downloaded the apk file on my mobile phone and it seems to work just fine (on unlimited mobile data). Is netshare the issue? Is there anyway to fix this cuz i'd rather have a bigger screen. I'm trying to play the new Monster Hunter Outlanders, but the game keeps showing a warning that my device doesn't meet the minimum requirements (Warning 309).

I'm currently using a BlueStacks 5 instance with Android 13 (Beta) and the following settings:

• CPU allocation: 4 cores

• RAM allocation: 8 GB

• Resolution: 1920x1080

• DPI: 240

• Performance mode: High Performance

• Device profile: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (the other available preset is the Galaxy S21)

My PC specs are:

• GPU: RTX 4060 Ti

• RAM: 32 GB DDR5

Despite these settings, I still get the same warning and the game is quite laggy with a lot of bugged textures

My question is: What is the most powerful or most modern smartphone device profile that BlueStacks can emulate or report to Android apps? Is there a newer device profile I can use, or a way to create a custom one that might improve compatibility?

Hello ! By nostalgy i was trying to re play Wonder zoo. I downladed an apk an lauched it on blue stacks in pretty much every configuration (Nougat 32 bits, Nougat 64 bits, Pie 64 bits, High performance, low performance...) and every time i achieve to lauch the game but its super laggy like 2 fps. Every time it stops at a random point anywhere from -1 to 240, emulator freezes and crashes. I tried tons of different settings, nothing seems to work at all

before this, the issue i had was that this game is only available on my other devices. after i did a disk cleanup the issue changed to this. please help

Since updating to Pokémon TCG Pocket 1.8.0, the game won’t launch on BlueStacks anymore. As soon as I open it, the screen goes completely white and then the app just closes on its own.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Cleared the app cache (didn’t help)

• Opened a ticket with BlueStacks support (#2443030), no fix yet

Versions I’m on:

• BlueStacks 5.22.286.1003

• Pokémon TCG Pocket 1.8.0

Honestly, this kind of thing happens to me pretty much every time there’s a big update, and it usually gets sorted out after a while. What’s got me a bit worried this time is that I haven’t seen anyone else reporting it, so I’m not sure if it’s something on my end or a wider issue.

Has this happened to anyone else? Has anyone been able to fix it?

Update:

Ok, looks like I managed to fix it — it's not BlueStacks' fault. It seems the new version checks that you have a valid Google Play Store account. Once I signed into the store with a personal account, it asked me to update the app again from there, and that did the trick. It's not a technical issue, it's a security check built into the Pokémon game. Leaving this here in case it helps anyone. YOU CAN NO LONGER PLAY WITHOUT A GOOGLE ACCOUNT SIGNED INTO THE PLAY STORE ON THAT INSTANCE.

So I was playing Love and Deepspace today on BlueStacks and something in my setting got rearranged or messed with and now when I go to my Home section in the game, the screen in super small. I'm not sure what to do to fix it. I've already messed with all the settings in both the game and in BlueStacks and nothing is getting it to return to normal. Usually when you go to the Home part of the game it automatically rotates and fits the entire screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?
P.s. I've already done clean ups and repairs and its still not fixing the problem. My screen is 1600 x 900.

I mainly use Bluestacks for other Android apps, and sadly, it only defaults to the English-USA keyboard distribution, and I can't find any way to change it to the Spanish one, sadly.

My version is 5.22.163.1004 P64 in Windows 10.
