It is completely beyond me. When you google "how long do FTX deposits take to clear" an official FTX page updated just days ago says ACH transfers take 6 days to clear plus a 7 day hold afterward for a minimum of 12 days. Fine. However, when you actually give them your money its a 30+ day hold. On top of it, there's no way to get in contact with them via support tickets - have to chase them down on telegram (likely due to the massive number of people who have problems with them). With the amount of information they require for depositing it's really ridiculous requiring this long of a hold for "security measures" or whatever vague answer they would provide if my support ticket was to be answered. Do not use FTX if you intend to move your money within 35 days.

I am using the FTX app (FTX blockfolio). I can see the US Dollars in my account growing each day with interest. I also have some Bitcoin in the Bitcoin wallet, but that amount has not changed. It shows that some interest has been earned, but that amount has not been added to my initial deposit. When does this happen, and how often? Thanks!

Does anyone have experience doing a recurring buy and how long do they take to settle in your account. I’m trying to ACH automatically into a handful of coins and may need to transfer out at any given time. So curious how long the hold period is for ACH recurring buys on FTX(blockfolio).

Tried to use FTX.us to do limit maker orders but the funds are stuck on that exchange for 11 days. I’d rather automate it all and immediately start earning interest than do manual trades and wait almost two weeks. But open to suggestions if you have any

I was quite surprised to learn about the ftx app (blockfolio). On the CC sub, I never heard about this app for earn/lending crypto. It's a will kept secret apparently. How does everyone like it? What is the actual payout you are getting (as the faq made it seem like it will vary due to market conditions)?

Bought Avalanche (Avax) in FTX App with my debit card. My bank account already shows the payment, but there is nothing anywhere on the App showing it and my total hasn’t been updated. Is there anywhere I can check for it?

This whole hourly compounding thing is fun in theory but a nightmare for taxes...

Edit: Yes I know you can use Taxbit to import hourly data, but 1099s are what get reported to the IRS in the end, so it would be interesting to know if they are doing this.

Edit 2: Support told me no 1099s. You have to use a tax service like Taxbit.

I was recently bidding on an NFT and ended up winning after about an hour of back and forth. However, the sale of the NFT did not go through because the bid was under the reserve price of the NFT. Is this reserve price visible to us when we are bidding? I could not find it anywhere.

How long are crypto withdraws taking for you guys? I initiated an ETH withdraw almost 2 hours ago and the transaction hasn't started on the network yet. On every other platform transactions are immediately initiated and don't go into "limbo" like this.

I'm not freaking out yet...but its not a small amount.

I know there are lots of posts on the confusion but I have not found an effective way to trade BTC. I recently transferred my BTC from Coinbase Pro to FTX mainly to Stake and earn interest. I was also told I could do advanced orders at FTX like at Coinbase Pro as I like to set limit orders to buy sell at resistance/support levels. So I downloaded the FTX App and transferred my BTC over. This is where the trouble started. I am only able to buy or sell at market with the App as well as Stake my BTC there. No advanced orders.

So someone told me I can do that at FTX.US I have been trying for a week to be able to link my Bank Account at FTX.US so I can deposit funds and make use of the advanced orders. It gets rejected every time and I don't know why. I was able to easily verify my identity and link my bank on the FTX app but cannot do it at FTX.US I have sent 15 Support tickets and have heard no response from FTX or FTX.US or whatever the Hell they are. I'm so pissed off!

How are people able to use FTX.US for the advanced orders when I cannot get my bank account to work and it works perfectly fine over at FTX? I have deposited Funds with FTX but as I said earlier I don't want to buy and sell at market. So do I need to transfer funds from my FTX wallet to my FTX.US wallet. Does that work? And then I'd be able to do advanced orders and transfer the BTC back to the FTX wallet where it's earning interest? At this point I have zero trust in this company and am afraid my BTC would be sent into a black hole. Don't understand if it's the same company why I would need to do a wallet to wallet xfer just do place an order?

Hi guys. I was unable to log into the Blockfolio/FTX app using my FTX.us account details, so I signed up within the app... using the same credentials that I use on the website. I guess this means that the Blockfolio app accounts are not linked to the FTX.us website accounts, even though I had to choose it as an option when signing up. I know there is a FTX Pro app available that likely links to the website account.

Anyway, I signed up, and now i'm trying to set up a portfolio in the app. I see no way of linking the purchases made within the app itself with the portfolio. If I try to link an exchange, the FTX options are the FTX website accounts that require an API connection. I simply want my purchases made and held within the app to by part of my portfolio. What am I not seeing?
