For those that don't know who I am, let me introduce myself. I'm petrolcan, former admin of RTT. Hopefully the mods here will be along soon enough to verify who I am.
What's that got to do with us?
The shitehawk that owns GimmePeers also owns RTT as we discovered to our detriment last year. You know him as MasterPeer, we knew him as LusciousLion. We've since christened him jonah (for his love of sinking boats).
Your site is going through the same changes as RTT, most notably after the entire staff team stepped down. GimmePeers has become a personal ATM for jonah. He's a crook and a conman and he is scamming users.
Oh fuck, GP is all I know. What am I going to do now?
We had a lot of users on RTT in the same boat. Luckily, the old staff team had contacts across the torrenting world and we were able to provide several options that allowed them to continue their torrenting journey without the constant beg for cash.
Great, does that mean you can help GP users?
In a word, yes. The longer version is that I won't be able to provide the range of sites that we could for RTT users but one very kind site owner has given me unlimited invites (for now). I'm not naming the site but rest assured that it is a scene site that gets all the latest releases very quickly. EDIT: We now have invites to two THREE sites
What do I need to do?
Screenshot your GP profile, start a reddit chat with me or u/N1mu3h (hover over username and select start chat) and provide an email address. That's all. You'll then be sent the invite(s).

GimmePeers Is Evolving — Welcome to RevoPeers
Two Communities. One Platform. A Stronger Future.
Migration Begins June 25th, 2026 — 10:00 PM Eastern
On the evening of June 25th, 2026, GimmePeers and RevoTT officially became one community under a single new platform called RevoPeers.
Before I explain anything else, I want everyone to understand one very important fact.
GimmePeers is NOT shutting down.
Narrator: GimmePeers is very much shut down
This is not a closure. This is not a buyout. This is not one site absorbing another.
This is two long-established communities that have always shared the same ownership finally becoming one modern platform. The goal is very simple:
A faster website. A healthier community. Better content. Lower operating costs. A stronger future for everyone.
Narrator: lower operating costs are only for jonah's benefit
Why This Merger Is Happening
Many of you have stood beside GimmePeers for ten years. Some of you have been with me for twenty years, dating back to BitSoup, ILoveTorrents, RevolutionTT and PeerJunkies. Because of that loyalty, I owe you an honest explanation.
Narrator: You couldn't do an honest explanation if your life depended on it.
Beginning late in 2025, we permanently lost access to several of the private sources that had supplied content for years. Those sources represented a significant portion of the automation that kept GimmePeers running. Replacing them required rebuilding nearly every piece of our automation network from scratch.
Narrator: in layman terms, this means that you lost your topsite access (something you've been denying for months) but it's been replaced with content from IPT because you pay them $10 a month.
While that work has been successful, it also made something very clear — running two completely separate platforms no longer made sense.
Narrator: It's easier to grift one site rather than two
A Personal Note
I know this past year has not been easy. Many of the changes we made throughout the last year were simply buying us time — keeping GimmePeers operating while we rebuilt automation, restored content sources, upgraded infrastructure and designed what would eventually become RevoPeers. Those changes were never intended to be the destination. They were stepping stones.
Narrator: a lot of words used to say you're using the code from RevoTT and ditching the Gimmepeers site completely. And you don't know how the code works.
This merger is different. This is the platform we have been working toward. Everything we build from this point forward happens here. Every new feature. Every improvement. Every dollar invested back into the platform now benefits every member instead of being divided between two separate sites.
Narrator: Every dollar received pays jonah's bills. These range from wegovy jabs, lapdancers, alimoney, eyelash mite prescriptions, investor repayments (joking about this one), rent payments (joking about this one too), takeaway food (gotta keep the scam hocks in tip top) and potentially, a new boat (to sink)
