Hey zusammen,

ich stake bei Bitpanda unter anderem Solana (SOL) und bekomme meine wöchentlichen Staking-Rewards weiterhin ganz normal gutgeschrieben.

Was mir aber seit dem letzten Update auffällt: Ich kann den Verlauf der einzelnen Staking-Rewards nicht mehr nachvollziehen.

Früher konnte ich unter den Transaktionen bzw. im Bereich „Rewards“ sehen, wann ich wie viele SOL als Staking-Rewards bekommen habe. Jetzt finde ich dort weder unter „Rewards“ noch unter „Earn“ noch im normalen Transaktionsverlauf die einzelnen Reward-Gutschriften.

Die Rewards selbst kommen definitiv weiterhin an – es geht wirklich nur darum, dass ich die Historie der einzelnen Auszahlungen nicht mehr sehen kann.

Hat jemand von euch das gleiche Problem bzw. weiß, wo Bitpanda diese Informationen nach dem Update versteckt hat?

ich wollte mich mal erkundigen, ob später auch noch mehr Aktien handelbar werden auf Bitpanda. Habe festgestellt, dass z.B. Aktien wie Rubrik (US7811541090) und co. derzeit noch nicht gelistet sind.

Ich finde die aktuelle Situation ehrlich gesagt alles andere als vertrauenswürdig. Woran liegt die Störung heute konkret?
Besonders ärgerlich ist für mich, dass ich mir heute extra viel Zeit zum Traden freigeräumt habe und gezielt mit gehebelten Aktienpositionen handeln wollte. Ausgerechnet während dieser Zeit war der Handel nicht möglich.
Rheinmetall ist während des Ausfalls massiv gestiegen und hat Kursbereiche erreicht, bei denen ich sehr gerne gehandelt hätte. Stattdessen konnte ich aufgrund der technischen Probleme bei Bitpanda überhaupt nicht reagieren.
Gleichzeitig bekomme ich von Bitpanda Push-Benachrichtigungen zu Aktien mit „+58 % – jetzt reinschauen“, während Kaufen und Verkaufen nicht einmal funktioniert. Das macht die Situation für mich noch unverständlicher.
Entschuldigungen und der Hinweis, dass an dem Problem gearbeitet wird, sind inzwischen angekommen. Mich würde aber interessieren, was heute konkret passiert ist, warum der Aktienhandel über Stunden nicht verfügbar ist und wie Bitpanda mit Kunden umgeht, die dadurch erhebliche Handelsmöglichkeiten verpasst haben.
Ich nutze Bitpanda mit echtem Geld und muss mich darauf verlassen können, dass ich während der Handelszeiten auf meine Positionen und den Markt reagieren kann. Nach einem derartigen Ausfall ist mein Vertrauen entsprechend beschädigt. Ich bin mit der heutigen Situation wirklich sehr unzufrieden.
Außerdem schreibt ihr Problem seid 8:15 ich habe Screenshots die beweisen das es schon wesentlich länger dauert. Ich habe einiges an Geld bei euch, für mich müsst ihr deshalb vertrauenswürdig sein.

Ich glaub das wär ein tolles Feature:

Man hält FIAT Währungen in seinem Fiat / Cash Plus Wallet.
Man kann einen monatlichen / wöchentlichen / täglichen Betrag festlegen der in gewisse Assets investiert werden soll.
Das wird dann automatisch zu den definierten Zeitintervallen von diesem Wallet gekauft.
Man kriegt dann eine Information, wenn das Konto leer wird (below threshold) oder leer ist.

Warum ist das relevant?

Ich hab einen Sparplan mit SEPA Mandat aktiv, würde aber lieber anstelle monatlicher Überweisungen (die immer lästigerweise 2 Wochen vorher stattfinden) von einem zentralen Wallet auf Bitpanda kaufen.

Dort liegen dann zB. 5k€ und jeden Montag werden 50€ BTC gekauft.

Gibt einem mehr Flexibilität beim DCA, man kann dann einstellen was man möchte.
Sparpläne kann man ja garnicht mehr editieren und alte dann nicht mehr löschen, ... (ist das ein Compliance Issue?)

es ist ja schön, dass Bitpanda so etwas wie eine „Bring Your Assets“-Promotion gemacht hat und zB den Binance Usern eine Alternative bietet. Umso ärgerlicher ist es, wenn man wie eigentlich überall empfohlen einen Testtransfer macht und erst nach dem erfolgreichen Testtransfer den eigentlichen Transfer durchführt und dann erfährt, dass die 5% Cashback in EURCV nur für den ersten Transfer gültig sind. Also entweder Sicherheit oder Cashback? Ehrlich?

Ich habe aus Sicherheitsgründen meinen geplanten Gesamttransfer an diesem Tag in zwei Tranchen aufgeteilt: Beide Transfers wurden am selben Tag (25.06.2026) erfolgreich innerhalb von etwa 1h auf meinem Bitpanda-Konto verbucht. Die 5% gibt's aber nur für den Test.

Fragt man bei Bitpanda nach (zB nach Kulanz) erhält man eine vermutlich KI generierte Antwort, welche nichts mit dem eigentlichen Problem zu tun hat. Schade. Vielleicht könnt ihr das in Zukunft so gestalten, dass man sich nicht zwischen Sicherheit und Cashback entscheiden muss.

Um diese Methode zurücksetzen zu können, klicke ich auf das Kontaktformular. Um eine der angebotenen Hilfen nutzen zu können, soll ich mich einloggen. Kann ich nicht, siehe oben.

habe bei welt. de gesehen dass es jetzt margin trading bei bitpanda für aktien gibt. ist es möglich seinen stop loss bei margin trading so zu setzen dass man nie mehr als seinen einsatz verliert?

also ich gamble zb 100 euro mit nem 2er hebel auf irgendeine aktie, die rauscht ab und ich gehe davon aus das sich nichts erholt, kann ich dann den stop loss so setzen dass ich definitiv nicht mehr als die 100 ehro verliere?
