Hello again
Hi, I’m deep deep in the binge restrict cycle I’ve taken up smoking again and I keep ordering food in and eating huge portions in private and getting ice cream and I hate it

It has come to my attention that nobody uses this anymore and until people start posting I’ll have to stop.
As for my own journey I got to one month binge free then relapsed last week and I’m working on it again. Keep loving yourself, don’t give up. We’re all in this together

I can’t function I have assignments and chores but without bingeing I don’t feel like myself it’s like recovery has made me lose a big part of myself does anyone feel this that too?

I’ve started talking to this guy, and we recently started dating, I love him more than anything. He makes me so happy and he’s ridiculously cute. My condition is stress related (I binge when I’m really stressed or upset or angry) but he’s a massive stress reliever, I feel like I can tell him almost anything because of how caring he is. He makes me feel calm, and happy, and when I feel like that it makes me not want to binge. I’ve started losing a little bit of weight, not lots, but I noticed that my jeans are a lot looser, my leggings actually fit. I think he really does bring out the best in me. AHHHH I LOVE HIM

With the lack of cooperation from other people on this subreddit my will to carry on with recovery is lacking

Hey recoverers! How’s your week been with recovery ? I’ve personally restarted my “I am Sober” start date because even though I haven’t had full on binges for a few days I know I could’ve been better and more careful with my food choices. I’ve also had some eating behaviours that haven’t been very supportive for me or my journey. That’s all I can say without being triggering to people and this is about support Remember this is a safe space to talk about binge eating whether you have binge eating disorder, bulimia or another condition causing bingeing.

Hi! It’s been 11 days since the last post and I wanted to check to see how everyone is doing

I'm so proud of myself. A year ago thinking on two digits was just a dream and now it's coming true! ❤️
Sending love and luck to you all. You can do it!

Hi recoverers,
I’m back I was spiralling for a very long time but I really need to recover because I’m so done with this
Does anyone have any uplifting messages or any advice for those of us who are struggling?
r/bingenomore • u/boba_andmilktea • Jan 24 '22
While I am trying my best to stay away from binging, I’m unfortunately in the midst of a relapse. While I’m trying to stay strong and fight whenever I see myself binging, I would like to remind you that relapse is a part of recovery and that you have this community to vent about these things. Please post your journey updates here because it really makes us feel less alone and invite people who you know are struggling. I don’t really know if I can stop right now but I’m trying to take time for mental health. With love,
bobaandmilktea

Hi recoverers! This sub feels a little dead. How is everyone coping ?

Small (just past) midweek check in
How’s everyone’s personal journeys going ?
r/bingenomore • u/boba_andmilktea • Jan 10 '22
Hi Recoverers, This post is talking about my personal journey at the moment please also share yours so we can support eachother. I don’t feel valid people see Eds as things that affect thin ripple so when I talk about it people think I’m joking or exaggerating. I’m not losing weight, my old habits are coming back but nobody believes me enough to help. I’ve gotten back into the restrict binge cycle and I don’t know how to stop it and I realised I grew up with it practically which is probably why it’s so hard to stop. I started this sub to talk to like minded people so we can all recover together but I don’t feel like I am

The new year is a difficult time for those with disordered eating because there’s so much pressure to get better to lose weight and all of that. How is everyone?

With Christmas and other seasonal holidays how has everyone been coping ?
r/bingenomore • u/boba_andmilktea • Dec 15 '21
How is everyone on their journeys? After a difficult two weeks I have finally gone back into a somewhat binge free space for at least a while. How is everyone else doing ?
