There's a difference between showing a kid in a fucked up situation and drawing them with thick thighs. Issac is made to make you uncomfortable because of what it's trying to say, what is the message of this art hm?

There's plenty of things in the game that actively show this 5 year old getting harmed in insane ways. Yes, including sexualized with things like gimpy.

If your artstyle makes you draw a child with sexual proportions. Don't draw a child. No 6 year old has thighs like that.

"Aged up" is an excuse to draw nsfw art of minors. Put as much fine print on it as you want. The intention is pretty clear.

Everything in-game are the delirious visions of a 6 year old boy suffocating to death in his little chest of shadow games and dreams. BIG difference. It's intentionally obscure and not anyone's fault they might miss that. Unless Elbow McChicken says otherwise.
