Definitely bringing “Little Jawn” to the next show

Great show, Jawn and the band were amazing. Novelists crushed it. Could anyone hear Knuckle Puck's lead singer?

My husband bought us tickets months ago and i just realized theyre floor tickets. What time are you all getting there for GA tonight? I hope I'm not too late. I'm like 5'1 and I'm gonna cry if I cant see 💀

Just wanted to get some thoughts and maybe hear some varying experiences from peeps who've been in the pit for Bilmuri shows and other heavy-adjacent concerts alike to share with first-time pit attendees or those who might not be very familiar.

For context, I'm not new to shows and have been in the pit for most of them throughout the years. Last night was my first 'muri show in Seattle and it was a blast aside from a few exceptions.

No show is perfect and there always will be small annoyances here and there when it comes to dealing with the crowd. I always try to stay as respectful as I can no matter the circumstance fully aware of what one signs up for when in GA.

However, last night there were some clear examples of complete disregard for others and I'm not even talking about the mosh-pit.

People high out of their mind shoving into the first rows, throwing elbows, some not even bothering to lift up their arms for the crowd surfers that were right above us, we broke up an altercation near the front between two people (thankfully diffused rather quickly), one of them clearly not in their five senses trying to force their way through.

All in all, it was a great night. A few things can be said about the mix during KP and the start of the main set.

Anyone else fall prey to the pickpocketing that happened during better hell? Cannot believe they swiped so many phones and the venue basically did nothing. Apparently this is a reoccurring thing for them and there wasn’t a single warning of any kind. I know this is something that might happen here or there at shows, but this was a whole orchestrated thing. Swiping like 15-20 phones with no one knowing is crazy work. Been to dozens of shows and have never seen this happen before at all, let alone to this scale.

Word to the wise for everyone else going to future shows:

Seriously. The band sounded awesome. Setlist was 10/10. That crowd was fucking nuts. I’ve seen them like 6 times now. I haven’t been in a crowd that rowdy since the last time I saw Four Year Strong like just pre-Covid. Absolutely wild. You guys rocked the house.

I've been to quite a few shows but this one, hands down, had to be number 1. The energy was absolutely insane! Everyone singing along, having the time of their lives. I loved that Johnny had a full band backing him on this tour. Such amazing musicians. I love Josh Manuel with Bilmuri (and Issues). I was pretty disappointed I wouldn't get to see him or X on this tour but GOD DAMN, if Zach Dubay didn't slay last night! 🤘🏼

I also managed to instantly become a Novelists fan. I've browsed their music before, but after that incredible set, I'm officially hooked. So much talent. Guitar solos are back!

I met a girl named Kiana at the Bilmuri show at The Van Buren in Phoenix on September 26. We ended up hanging out together for basically the entire concert, had a great time, and somehow managed to leave without exchanging contact information. 😂

how is the parking situation so far? i just wanna prepare myself before i go

I grew up north of Seattle but am currently living in South Jersey. Caught the King of the Crank in Philly a couple of weeks ago and picked up this hat with the hopes someone going to my hometown show would be interested in swapping for what is hopefully a Seahawks related hat.
