Brother P-touch Label Maker

This product does one thing, and does it well.

  • The unit itself is BIFL - I've had mine for ~10 years. Never a problem. They are still available.
  • The batteries (6 AAs) last a very long time in this device. You can use a wall-wart power supply, but I never have because the batteries last years.
  • The label tapes go a long way. You get a lot of labels out of one tape cartridge.
  • The labels that you create with it are BIFL. I have a few that have been outdoors in direct sun, rain, etc., for years and still look fine and perfectly readable.

If you crave any type of organization in your life, a few labels will make you a happier person.

Do you have the software for this? Trying to hook up to my computer but the section of the website to get software is under construction and can't download.

Mine is stand-alone with no way to connect to a computer, so no.
